Rise Up

Leading disability charity CPL hosted the first national leadership conference in its 74 year history, the inaugural RISE Leadership Summit to formally introduce its new corporate brand and reinforce its newly adopted Values. The Summit was an opportunity for team leaders across all businesses aligned under the CPL brand to meet, share stories and unify with a central set of Values.

To ensure the event’s success, CPL brought in BonBon, who were tasked with developing the summit framework, producing engaging workshops and lead venue coordination.

BonBon worked closely with CPL to design workshops under the new values BE HERE, TUNE IN, CONNECT, SPEAK UP, and GROW that were interactive and inclusive. Fresh coffee and a lively African drumming ensemble greeted guests and set the tone for a conference like no other.

Forget droning speeches and confusing graphs, staff took part in corporate speed dating – complete with ‘champagne’ and candle lit tables – puzzled over jigsaws, painted by numbers, meditated mindfully and shared stories around a campfire. Marshmallows provided, of course.
